Who We Are

We are a USA based private company, founded in 2019, but with a history that goes back to 2007, when our leadership team started a medical devices distribution company in Venezuela, to provide a reliable supply of medical care products amid a shortage of these essential goods, caused by the difficult political and economic situation of Venezuela at the time.

From this history, our core business philosophy developed: We invest where capital is either lacking or inefficiently deployed, to provide a reliable supply of the highest quality medical care products to improve health-care cost and outcomes, focusing mainly in Latin America.

What We Do

  1. We partner with manufacturers of the highest quality medical care products, that wish to either gain access to, or improve their pressence in the Latin American market for their products.
  2. We evaluate the quality, affordability and market opportunity for their products with our local expertise and decide on a course of action.
  3. We invest the working capital needed to cover for production time, shipping, customs clearance and delivery, in order to maintain a reliable supply of products for that market.
  4. We provide marketing and technical assistance to our local distribution partners that market, sell and distribute to health care centers and sub-distributors in their geography.
  5. We integrate with our local distribution partners’ procurement processes and implement our proprietary demand planning and forecasting model, to drive maximum efficiency for the capital deployed in their geography over time.
  6. We strive to develop a network of deserved of trust over the long term, with both our international manufacturers and local distribution partners, that allows us to continue to build and grow our businesses together.
  7. As our network grows in purchasing power, statistical data, market knowledge, access to capital and international logistics infrastructure, we further improve efficiencies for all participants in our network, ultimately improving health-care cost and outcomes in the geographies we serve
